DREAM IT FORWARDFOUNDATIONYour future deserves a steady place to begin.
Rent-free communal housing for young women ages 16–19, with the support to keep learning, prepare for a career and build an independent future.

Build what comes next,
together.
Created by Dream It Forward, Bloom Residence is a safe, stable home for young women who need a place to live while working toward their future.
It is a home—not a shelter, foster home, group home, treatment facility or temporary placement. Residents live together in a supportive environment while pursuing their own goals.
When a young person has no safe, steady place to live, staying connected to education and planning for independence becomes harder. Bloom creates a shared home and a supportive community for eligible young women to build what comes next.

Bloom Residence is coming in early 2027. Applying early gives us time to get to know each potential resident thoughtfully.
Submit your initial application. You do not need to have every document available today.
Eligible applicants may be invited to interviews and conversations about goals and communal living.
Applicants who move forward provide documents and complete identity, education and background verification.
A final review helps us select the first cohort. Spaces are limited; applying does not guarantee admission.
There is no application fee, and rent is free for approved residents. Residents may be required to purchase their own food, clothes and personal items.
Applicants must personally choose to apply and participate in the admissions process. Someone may help you understand the questions, but this should be your application and your choice.
You do not need every document to submit the first application. If selected to continue, you will need identification and documentation to verify eligibility and complete background screening. The application lets you tell us if you need help obtaining identification.
You can apply if you are willing to work with Dream It Forward to enroll in an approved education, training, vocational, apprenticeship, certification or career-development pathway. Residents must remain actively engaged.
The first-cohort process will take place over the coming months. Applicants selected to continue will receive information about interviews, screening and next steps.
